At St. Lukes, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm MT
What you can expect from this role:
This non-patient facing position supports financial health by validating insurance and benefits
Submitting and monitoring insurance prior authorizations for various services at St. Luke's, and navigating pre-service denials.
This position works with patients, physicians, nurses, clinic managers, registration, and financial advocates to resolve issues that arise during the prior authorization process.
- Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
Minimum qualifications for this role:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
