Mass General Brigham is a world-recognized leader in research, and home to one of the largest hospital system-based research enterprises in the U.S. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Representative to join our dynamic team The environment is fast paced, positive, and team oriented.

As our HR Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and offboarding efforts for all Sponsored Staff. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with department coordinators and Research administration staff at BWH
  • Support the coordination and implementation of sponsored staff and clinical students credentialing
  • Responsible for data entry and reconciliation of all sponsored staff in Peoplesoft
  • Conduct weekly New Sponsored Staff Orientation (NSSO)
  • Assign and review on-line orientation
  • Create weekly New Sponsored Staff orientation spreadsheets to be distributed amongst coordinating departments (BWH ID office, OHS, Patient Registration, etc)
  • Schedule Occupational Health appointments as needed
  • Issue and review renewal documentation
  • Send confirmation emails to department coordinators and incoming Sponsored staff regarding NSSO, HealthStream and compliance requirements
  • Act as liaison/contact to department coordinators regarding on-/off-boarding, compliance and policies and procedures related to sponsored staff and clinical students
  • Support adherence to all required compliance and regulations (Joint Commission, DPH, PIPS, OHS etc.)

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 years administrative, project and/or office management experience
  • Competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • PeopleSoft experience is BIG plus, but not required

Location: HYBRID - mainly remote but must be local and willing to report on-site for various volunteer activities and trainings
