· Register connectors, terminals, seals, plugs, and other components to the internal component library for wire harness drawings

· Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical data and documentation for registered components

· Act as harness component Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help device owners and wire harness DREs select approved and most cost-effective components

· Support management to achieve BOM cost reduction targets and design optimizations

· Evaluate new technologies and tools relevant to electrical systems integration, making recommendations for adoption and improvement

· Follow internal component maintenance process to identify obsolescence, determine sourcing availability, and maintain updated component part numbers

· Provide training and support to any new team members, introducing continuous learning and development within the team

· Collaborate with Tier 1 harness supplier to assist in the resolution of component-related issues or discrepancies during the design, development, and production phases

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical components
