Human Resources Business Partner

to help us create the future of flight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Responsibilities

**We are seeking an HRBP at one of our four domestic locations(Columbus MS, Bridgeport WV ,Manassas VA, Cambridge MA) **

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and provide comprehensive HR support within our matrixed organization. As a key partner to our business leaders, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. While this role allows for hybrid flexibility, on-site presence is necessary due to the critical nature of the role.

Responsibilities: -Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. -Support the full HR lifecycle for assigned teams, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee relations. -Advise leadership on talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. -Culture Steward for driving a culture of Diversity and Inclusion. -Develop and deliver HR programs and training to support employee engagement, retention, and development. -Stay up to date on employment law and regulations and ensure compliance within the assigned teams. -Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing best in class guidance and support on HR-related issues. -Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. -Collaborate effectively with internal HR partners, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HR Operations. -5+ years of HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required. -Strong understanding of HR principles and practices across the entire employment lifecycle. -Proven ability to partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems -US Person only -25% Travel required Preferred Requirements

-SHRM-CP, PHR or similar certification preferred. -Experience working in a matrixed organization. -Expertise in coaching leaders at all levels. Physical Requirements

- Ability to work in office environment consistently. - Fine manipulation, such as typing. - Ability to work at a desk 8 hours daily. - Lifting of normal office equipment, such as laptops and files. Salary Range (Annualized USD)
