The REVELxp team seeks to grow with innovative self-starters who want to be a part of reshaping fan experiences across the nation. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic marketing team at REVELxp as a Manager, Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in email writing, with experience working at a marketing agency or a related field. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following: Email Marketing: Plan, design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention for REVELxp brands and 60 properties. Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis. Develop and implement drip email campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel. Track and analyze the performance of drip campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal results. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement strategies to enhance email deliverability and engagement. Content & Social Media Marketing Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels (social media, blogs, emails, etc.) Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, responding to comments and messages, and staying abreast of industry trends and conversations. Manage the blog upload process to the website, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 4 years of experience in email marketing and content creation, preferably in a marketing agency or similar setting. Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and content management systems. Design and agency experience strongly preferred (design work will be required) Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content.
