The Customer Marketing Associate will play a crucial part in planning and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns, supporting customer engagement, advocacy, retention, and expansion efforts and contributing to the development of key customer marketing deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Support in planning and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns, including webinars, communications, and social media campaigns Assist in efforts around customer engagement, advocacy, retention, and expansion Manage and support the development and execution of key customer marketing deliverables, including a monthly newsletter Audit and maintain critical customer advocacy programs, such as customer testimonials, case studies, and the referral program Support the Customer Marketing team in the development of processes and new initiatives Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather applicable data at key touchpoints Undertake any necessary administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities Qualifications: Understands marketing principles and communication strategies Contributes to planning and executing customer-centric campaigns, including webinars and social media Proficient in analyzing complex data, creating clear tables and graphs Familiar with marketing analytics to gather data at key customer touchpoints Knowledgeable about customer advocacy programs, testimonials, case studies, and referrals Audits and maintains programs for enhanced customer engagement, retention, and expansion Strong organizational skills, supporting the development and execution of key customer marketing deliverables Manages administrative tasks for departmental functionality and coordination PrimePay Offers: A competitive salary in the $15 - $20/hour range based on experience Access to personal, group training and career advancement Leadership development through individualized support and career mentoring Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance and STD/LTD #LI-REMOTE
