This valued, motivated land acquisition professional will identify, source, and secure homebuilding site/lot opportunities for this division. This role is responsible for all land acquisition related activities within targeted submarkets of the division (incl. but not limited to site identification, pre-acquisition analysis/budgeting/site planning/due diligence/underwriting, rezoning, entitlements, site development partnerships, and strategic initiatives). Great opportunity for the current Land Acquisition leader seeking a new challenge/initiative OR established Land Acquisition professional seeking a greater degree of responsibility, oversight, and long-term career growth opportunity. Volume-based Residential homebuilding experience preferred. Commercial, Mixed-Use, Urban Infill experience considered.
