WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and own the vision, strategy, product roadmap, and critical metrics for the productUnderstand client needs. Interact with our customers as well as our sales and support teams to identify and define product requirements specific to our workplace SaaS offerings. This includes running feedback calls, focus groups, surveys, etc.Understand our competitive landscape and think strategically about what our product offering looks likeEfficiently execute to ship product on timeCollaborate with a cross-functional team to develop collateral such as product descriptions, presentations, onboarding and customer support materials, and marketing materials for a strong go-to-market and customer support planBe an expert at prioritization; build consensus on prioritization to drive product executionWHAT YOU'LL NEED3+ years of experience in product management at a B2B SaaS companyEmpathy for customers resulting in an uncanny ability to build things that they want and needExperience making decisions around complex workflows and taking a new product to marketStrong verbal and written communication skillsDeeply analytical mindset. You use data to inform and support your decisionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our teamStartup hustle and energyB.A. or B.S. strongly preferredThis role reports to the VP of Product & Success
