Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves preparing both routine and non-routine journal entries across various accounts including revenue, cash, accounts receivable, operating expenses, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals to ensure accurate financial recognition. You will be responsible for preparing monthly reconciliations for high balance and risk accounts, performing analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement fluctuations, and reviewing all accounting work while providing on-the-job coaching to Staff Accountants and Accounting Clerks. Additionally, you will assist in managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset systems, coordinate internal and external audit requests, and support the development and documentation of key processes and controls. The role also includes assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, reporting packages, budget reports, and the preparation of annual budgets, as well as executing various financial projects and system initiatives.

Hard Skills
