Required Skills and Experience: • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications like SharePoint, OneDrive and other cloud solutions • Proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions, with a preference for experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and content migrations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in collaboration with teams. • Admin experience managing & supporting Box enterprise environments in following areas: user account management, reports generation, integration of 3rd party applications, security & permissions • Extensive experience troubleshooting, support & ticket analysis using the ServiceNow platform • Ability to lead project implementations with responsibility of architecture designs and solution strategy • Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience. • Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members • Ability to work independently • Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
