Outbound Operations Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage daily outbound shipping operations including:
Check-in drivers and assign docks.
Input load and driver information into appointments spreadsheet.
Manage emails and phone calls.
Communicate with customers regarding ETAs and updates.
Invoice sales orders and organize paperwork.
Prepare and send labels and packets.
Scan and send documents to recipients.
Attend Outbound Operations Specialist Meeting monthly and provide reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely shipments.
Create and organize production packs and ensure accurate labeling.
Communicate with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Ability to work from 10:30 AM until the last trailer is shipped.
Experience in dispatching local and out-of-state drivers.
Proficient in generating invoices and paperwork.
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Regular pay is $18 per hour.
Additional hourly bonus based on experience and efficiency.
