As an Intake Specialist you will work closely with patients, caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process. You will be working closely with the Patient's insurance plan, the state department of health as well as inter-departmental teams within the business to ensure a quick and efficient turn-around time to get them on Care. You will be providing a seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $23.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment.
