Prepare and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert management, as necessary. Prepare monthly financial statements for specific business units. Assist withexternal audit activity with banks and tax auditors including planning, preparation, data gathering. Proactively interact with various departments throughout the organization to provide information necessary to assist in their decision-making processes, improve profitability and maintain proper accounting procedures. Perform additional duties and assist with other projects upon request from management. As a trusted business advisor to the senior management team, undertake responsibilities such as the following: Work with business unit managers to develop data measurement and reporting system to report and project results against established models. Provide insight on business opportunities and risks and financial considerations. Provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support decision-making processes interfacing with business leaders including Presidents, CFO's, COO's, CTO’s, and Vice President Communicate financial performance to respective business owners and assist the business with ad-hoc requests and special projects. Evaluate data, prepare forecasts, and analyzes trends in sales, operations, manufacturing, information systems, general business conditions and other areas. Support/assist in preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle through the preparation of reporting and analysis.
