Role Description

This is a full-time role for a hybrid Content Creator at Nodpod. We are seeking a Los-Angeles based creative to ideate, script, film, and produce compelling short-form content for TikTok and Instagram platforms.

Qualifications

  • Must be chronically online, always in the know of what's trending.
  • Possesses high attention to detail, is responsible, and reliable.
  • The role will involve filming diverse content both in-office and in public, requiring comfort in front of the camera.
  • Have availability to travel to our Sacramento-based office monthly to be hands-on with us throughout the creative process (e.g. ideate, film, and edit, analyzing, etc.) This is a must have for this role.
  • Prior experience in a small, startup setting is a plus.
  • Have a solid understanding of what content drives engagement on each platform. A creative and innovative mindset, always looking for fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across TikTok, IG and all social platforms.
  • Create engaging, unique, & creative content for all social media channels across the Nodpod Universe (TikTok, IG, FB, YT, Pinterest, etc), with a focus on viral TikTok growth and an Instagram presence.
  • Generate unique, engaging, high-converting video creatives for all social channels.
  • Maintain social posting calendar across all TikTok, IG and all social platforms.
  • Work directly with our Founder and marketing team to produce content for campaigns, launches, and daily evergreen content.
  • Work directly with the Brand Manager and social team to understand performance and growth metrics to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
  • Be constantly staying up to date with trends and spotting opportunities for virality.
