We want to expand our team with good professionals, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join Konecranes family. This position is within the Industrial Service business area, providing support to the sales team, following up the KPIs and providing different types of terms for order forecasts, among other tasks.

**Role Purpose**

Provide leadership of the Country Sales team and direct all Sales activities that occur in the relevant market. The Sales Manager is the primary driver of all sales related matters, which could impact the safety of Konecranes personnel, customer satisfaction, Sales people development and Profitable sales growth. Achieved through the systematic and consistent delivery of Lifecycle Care in the designated area.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

* Establish, follow up and act on set KPIs and goals, according to business plan.

* Visualize the targets and goals into a compelling customer and sales story.

* Support employees to work according to agreed ways in order to enable that desired goals are met

* Identify and develop new leaders, develop team members' skills and competences

* Follow actively relevant sales activities, sales development, customer satisfaction,

* Sales performance management of people and the team.

* Funnel Management including data accuracy, funnel quantity by sales stage by SP.

* Provide accurate short, medium, long term orders forecasts built from Sales persons up through the hierarchy to the relevant area of responsibility.

* Competitor Analysis information to inform selling strategy.

* Creation and management of systematic sales campaigns driven by Data and market requirements.

* Setting the direction of the relevant business in line with country Annual and long range plans.

* Drive Customer Segmentation and relevant Account management.

* Situational pricing overview and coaching especially on large cases in conjunction with Win Planning.

* Plan, Action and be responsible for All sales related KPI Improvements.

* **Customer Relationship Management** - Develops, manages and maintains effectively relationships on various levels of the customer's organization. Ensures commitments to customers are met. Create, manage and implement Account Management for Priority, Protect and Develop customers.

* **Contractual and Commercial Law** Understands the key elements of contractual terms and competition laws and is able to apply that knowledge to the sales cases inline with country and corporate rules.

* **People Leadership** - Makes the tough call when needed, builds consensus when appropriate, ensures clear expectations and objectives; motivates, encourages, inspires and coaches others.

**We are looking for a candidate who has:**

* Relevant technical or commercial education

* Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish as in English

* Experience with sales of complex solutions to industry

* Management experience mainly sales management

* Change Management experience

* Preferable working experience from a complex international organization

* A robust and self-motivating person.
