IAM Engineer

Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the real estate and mortgage industry to hire an experienced full-time Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer. This pivotal role joins our Information Security Office (ISO), reporting to the Information Security Manager in IAM. The successful candidate will leverage leading tools, technologies, and processes, working collaboratively across the organization and its subsidiaries. You will ensure operational effectiveness with Identity and Access Management solutions while enhancing the end-user experience.
What YOU Will Do :
Develop and manage Azure Roles and Groups, ensuring robust lifecycle and governance processes for Azure Service Principals.
Govern and oversee Azure AD, developing, managing, and monitoring Azure integrations with Sailpoint IIQ.
Identify and rectify data quality issues in Azure Active Directory and Sailpoint IIQ, serving as an IIQ SME to troubleshoot support issues.
Act as a crucial liaison between the IAM Team and geographically diverse IT support teams, assisting with the development of technical requirements and documentation.
What YOU Will Bring Us :
A BS in Computer Science or Business with an emphasis in IT or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Proficient in PowerShell, MS O365, and MS Exchange.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with various levels of management across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
