As Account Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with current customers. You will be responsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunities. Moreover you will serve as brand ambassador when attending network events, establish, build, and manage customer and network partnerships.ResponsibilitiesBuild, retain and manage current client relationships and seek for new business for both lawn, landscape maintenance and snow & ice removalEffectively promote and upsell additional services to maximize portfolio potentialNourish the clients positive experience consistentlyProvide customer service, timely correspondence, follow-up, and follow-through with the customerAct as client's primary point of contact for all accounts being managedSupport or facilitate resolution of client concernsPerform monthly site audits and provide reports to clientsWork closely with the operations managers and branch managers regarding scope of service and service issuesResponsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunitiesParticipate in industry events and associations through meeting and event attendance, board membership, and sponsorship opportunitiesAttend required meetingsProvide thorough and detailed information of all sold workReport all incidents, accidents, and injuries immediatelyRepresent the company in a positive and professional mannerParticipates in branch and corporate-level meetings either remotely or in person, as neededTimely cooperative collaboration with other company departments including the executive teamAccurate submission of all required documentation in a timely mannerAlways represent the company in a positive and professional mannerEmbrace and practice education and continuous improvement, in order to expand knowledge and grow in terms of level of responsibility and contribution to companyEnthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to our Mission, Vision and Core Values: accountability, continuous improvement, win/win (1+1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect Requirements Aligns well with Brilar's core values, vision, and missionPass pre-hire drug screen and driver's background checkHave a valid driver's licenseMust be insurable by Brilar insurance carrierConsent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post incident drug testingMinimum of High School Diploma or EquivalentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management skillsAble to work as a team and take direction from multiple sourcesBe a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervisionPositive and friendly attitude, self-motivated, well organized and work with professionalismMust have working knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement Brilar LLC, is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer
