Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties as required
  • Draft communications materials pertaining to job postings and/or emails to candidates
  • Help maintain accurate, organized and detailed candidate records, per compliance standards
  • Review applications, screen candidates and/or disposition candidate status
  • Assist with scheduling interviews
  • Partake in the coordination of career fairs by tracking upcoming events, preparing items for shipment, and managing the organization of materials upon their return
