Compensation

  • Wage Starting at $22/hr + based on qualification and experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement tailored training programs for construction and service employees, including skilled trades, technicians, supervisors, managers, administrative staff, and technical personnel.

• Collaborate with CSUSA Corporate, leadership, management, Safety Department, trainers, vendors, and consultants to schedule and deliver high-quality, cost-effective training.

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions tailored to company and individual needs, covering skills development, safety, leadership, soft skills, and formal apprenticeships. Training will be conducted in classrooms or online.

• Evaluate training effectiveness by interacting with participants and management and provide feedback and improvement recommendations.

• Manage online training platforms and the learning management system, track employee progress, and maintain training records.

Requirements

• Familiarity with construction or service industry and methods, and safety programs a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office, learning management systems, and online training platforms.

• Ability to multi-task, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, working independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.

• Comfortable with assisting or making group presentations.

• Willingness to travel to different sites and locations as needed.

• Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR, and drug screening
