Job Description:
Franworth is looking for a President for an emerging brand. The Brand President will be responsible for high-level decision-making. This individual will determine the short and long-term missions and vision of the company and will lead its development, keeping awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, and the like. The individual will work collaboratively to maintain the brand and its commercial growth. They must also respond to regional needs through, potentially, different market dynamics depending on the region, and maintain brand consistency while achieving business objectives at a national level.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities, and the public.
  • Leading the development of the company's short- and long-term strategy.
  • Creating and implementing the company's organization and vision.
  • Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
  • Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
  • Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
  • Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurably describable.
  • Leads the building of a compelling brand, shaping product and brand direction that strengthens the brand across all regions.
  • Drives business on a national level. Ensures regional strategies are properly developed, monitored, and managed to deliver commercial results and build brand health.
  • Provides clear, inclusive leadership.
  • Provides direction and coaching to the team to ensure even development across all business areas.
  • Full P&L management and responsibility
  • Actively communicates with key leaders on market trends, risks and opportunities, and critical support and investment decisions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising multiple teams.
  • Responsible for supervising multiple projects.
  • Responsible for supervising a team of employees.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of successful franchise experience in a similar or lessor role.
  • Excellent facilitation, delegator, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet short deadlines, and to collaborate with others.
Cross-Functional Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate seamlessly with all levels.
  • Self-directed in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
