This is one of the most important aspects of the festival Volunteers must be 21 years old or older. *At least 1 volunteer per shift must possess a current bartenders license in the city of West Bend. A Regner Rocks committee member will supervise and assist with this aspect of the event.
* Service and restocking of beer, soda, and water to patrons of the festival. Must be diligent about alcohol service to patrons who are 21 years or older (indicated by wristband, available at front entrance).
* Be familiar with responsible beverage service and discouraging over-service of alcoholic beverages to festival guests.
* Must be able to count and take appropriate amount of money for beverages and provide proper change to guests.
* Provide information regarding medical services, police assistance.
* Provide event information (bathroom, ATM, band schedule, food and refreshment options, family area activities).
* Provide Information on the history of HomeGrown, The Hometown Foundation and partner organizations.
* *Provide at least one volunteer per shift who is able to lift/ carry 30#
* Friendly and courteous attitude is appreciated. Must be on time and willing to commit to entire shift.
