Loan Servicing Representative

Position: Servicing Specialist Customer Care

Location: Centennial, CO

A leading home builder and real estate services company is searching for a Servicing Specialist Customer Care to support the servicing team. Working out of the Denver Tech Center headquarters, you will have easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, beautiful parks, and Topgolf The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of Mortgage experience.

This is a full-time, hybrid (12-week contract) paying up to $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Update customer information in the servicing system
  • Review or place PMI via mortgage insurance websites, research/resolve errors/issues and update servicing system/tracking as required
  • Process insurance mail, disburse premiums, forward insurance documents and information to purchaser, researching insurance cancellations and provide necessary follow-up
  • Review and process claims, set up tracking in servicing system, process disbursements
  • Update and submit credit disputes via eOscar and update reports
  • Completed required tasks to resolve issues related to flood, FHA, and non-escrow loans
  • Research payment change requests and VPPE issues; communicate necessary changes with customers and update information
  • Process disbursements for monthly MIP/PMI premiums and/or tax installments
  • Completion of escrow functions
  • Other functions related to cashiering, loan sale tasks, investor reporting, non-agency loan fundings, custodian fees, collateral reconciliation and other admin duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of Mortgage experience
  • Cashiering and or accounting experience is a plus
  • Requires a solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn MSP/BOS/systems
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks at a high volume and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to work later some days
