gpac has partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking an Enterprise IT Specialist . This position has a competitive salary, bonus, and opportunity for growth. About the Enterprise IT Specialist role: We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role requires a mix of technical skills, business insight, and an eye for design to create visually appealing and highly functional dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development & Management Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop data models that integrate with multiple data sources. Data Integration & Analysis Use SQL and other data manipulation tools to transform and validate data. Manage data integration from various sources to provide consistent and reliable data views. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support different business units and strategic initiatives. User Training & Support Train end-users on Power BI functionalities, including report creation, filtering, and navigation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI issues. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI development and data analysis. Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling. Solid understanding of SQL and database management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills : Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. Knowledge of other BI tools is an advantage. Knowledge of Office 365 suite, SharePoint Online. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Guide users through step-by-step solutions for IT issues and escalate when necessary.
