ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager I, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product or service, from conception to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs and business objectives. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry research. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products on schedule. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Champion a cross-functional approach to product development and delivery. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, or new product offerings. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor key product metrics, track performance against goals, and iterate on product features and strategies based on data insights and feedback from customers and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback, gain buy-in for product initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration. And other duties as assigned. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products or services. Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product performance metrics. Experience working in technology, software, or digital product environments is highly desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Certification) are a plus.
