Role: Cybersecurity Service Delivery Head Location: - Frisco, USA Work Experience :15-20 years Project Role Description: Leads large delivery of Cybersecurity and GRC Service projects, leveraging our global delivery capability with client facing Skills.

Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing large teams of multiple customers to provide Cybersecurity and GRC services to the client. Manage escalations, deliver to meet or exceed client SLA/KPI and People management - Lead multi domain Cyber -security delivery teams in support of 24/7 operations and project support activities in varied cyber security domains such as SOC, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infra Security, GRC, etc - Responsible for working with Vertical Delivery Teams, Sales/Pre-sales teams, client stakeholders and other internal support teams.

Technical Experience : - 15-20 years of experience in the Service Delivery of IT services/Cybersecurity/GRC services - Have good exposure to multiple domains of Cyber-security like SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability management, Endpoint Security, GRC, DR/BCP, Application Security, Risk Management, Cloud Security, Network Security, etc Professional Attributes: - Must have experience in managing large team of Cybersecurity/GRC resources. Leadership skills- with can do and will do attitude. Experience leading a team size of 150 + team members. Experience working with CISOs of various customers. Experience in strategic/tactical planning and execution. Experience managing P&L of multiple customers with accountability on growth and margin targets.

Good Communication and presentation skills- Must have client handling experience with Cybersecurity or GRC Domain Knowledge.

Presales and Sales experience Can Covert Ideas into opportunities. Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, C/CISO, GIAC, CEH or any other ISC2/ISACA/GIAC Cybersecurity Professional Certifications. To effectively diagnose cybersecurity challenges and refine opportunities in business To adviceorrecommend client about CyberSecurity risks orissues and implement new systems to increase productivity and awareness To develop cybersecurity best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in projects To cultivate successful client relationships To explore new business development opportunities in cybersecurity space in client environment. To participate in periodic project reviewsoraudits and maintain accurate and timely project reporting.
