Job Highlights

- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services of the organization
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and be an advocate for the customer
- Accurately process quotes and orders in accordance with cutoff times and other time constraints that may exist
- Enter orders for production
- Resolve product and service problems
- Assist Sales staff with expediting orders and communications with the production floor
- Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational and listening skills
- Ability to read and perform mathematical calculations and write measurements in number fractions at a high school level
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawing and specifications
- Ability to bend/twist, carry, kneel, reach, stand, squat, stair climb, and walk occasionally
- Ability to use Wrist/hand/fingers/shoulders/elbows, sit and type frequently
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally
