Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Project Management Manage diverse projects including High-Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments. Establish and oversee design criteria, ensuring compliance with general design standards. Work closely with the Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals for business development. Design Oversight Lead a team of associate and design engineers, employing an efficient and effective problem-solving management style. Establish project parameters to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality plans. Collaboration Work directly with the Principal to develop and implement project strategies. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications: Education Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Professional Certification Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or in the process of obtaining). Technical Skills Expertise in AutoCAD / Civil 3D. Excellent ability to prepare grading plans, utility plans, and site plans. Leadership Skills Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience 5-10 years of experience in land development, including design and permits. Deadline Management Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines. Perks Retirement Benefits: 3% 401k match, regardless of contribution. Relocation Assistance: $3,000 relocation assistance for candidates located 40+ miles from the Costa Mesa area.
