Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a key player in a company that sets the industry standard for fashion-forward tableware and commercial quality food equipment? Our team located in Lodi, New Jersey is seeking a highly motivated and people-centric accounting professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, values accuracy and embraces working both independently and collaboratively across departmental functions. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our financial information and providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions.
Accounting/Finance Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Take on the lead role in preparing the monthly financial package.
Perform monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations.
Reconcile Inventory On-Hand & In-Transit schedules consisting of vendor, freight, customs, & broker bills.
Analyze Inventory Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) Reserve, Bad Debt Reserve, and rebate/commissions true-ups.
Prepare journal entries, analyses, account reconciliations, and the monthly financial package.
Respond to information requests and assist with financial and 401(k) audits.
Assist with Treasury functions such as coordinating loan payments and estimated tax payments.
Complete margin, variance, trend, & ad hoc analyses.

Accounting/Finance Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years of related working experience.
Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficient in data entry MS Office Suite and other accounting software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizes multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
