Overview Axle is seeking a highly ambitious, adaptable, structured, and detail-oriented

Scientific Program Manager

to join our vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH),

Office of the Director (OD), Office of Science Management and Operations (OSMO).

Technical Requirements:

Provide high level and strategic advisory and consultative services to the NIAID Deputy Director for Science Management (DDSM) in the following areas:

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Workplace Civility and Culture Anti-Harassment OSMO leadership hiring process CARES Act Construction Project CARES Act Records Repository Support to the NIAID CARES Construction Project Director OSMO Initiatives

Provide assistance on matters of emergent need that require strategic and/or consultative services. Attend meetings related to the above activities and/or others as determined by the DDSM.

Specific Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of nine (9) years of related experience. Demonstrates knowledge of broad range of scientific and technical areas. Demonstrates strong managerial experience. Demonstrates expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). The diversity of Axle’s employees is a tremendous asset.
