Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables / Collections Specialist role:

  • Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts and create payment plans
  • Open new customer accounts
  • Process and enter payments, apply cash payments
  • Create reports and track activities
  • Research the customers' accounts and follow up

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivables / Collections Specialist role:

  • Prior experience in Collections, or related field like Accounts Receivables
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Resilience in customer interactions

Salary: $40,000+ depending on salary
