Identify productivity improvement opportunities using the Komatsu Way principles. Drive employees to embrace the 5s culture. Establish and manage functional metrics and measure performance to standard. Manages 4 supervisors, 4 team leads and 121 full-time employees over 2 shift outbound operation.Key Job Responsibilities Lead, direct and manage to ensure that the reporting staff executes on delivering consistent high-quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a profitable, cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures. Revise standard operating procedures, eliminating non-value-added activities, and driving continuous improvement programs in all areas of the inbound function. Identify productivity improvement opportunities using the Komatsu Way principles. Drive employees to embrace the 5s culture. Establish and manage functional metrics and measure performance to standard. Continuously lead employees to ensure accuracy, productivity and flexibility. Act as direct supervision as required. Other duties as directed by the Director, Distribution.Qualifications/Requirements Operation management skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field a plus. 5 - 7 years industry experience in Distribution or operational supervision/management. Business administration or equivalent professional experience. Good team building skills. Able to relate with all levels of the organization. Good project and budget management skills. Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong decision-making skills.
