This individual
is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the impact of learning strategies and programs for US-field based, HCP-facing teams. The primary focus of the Learning & Development team is to ensure the growth and development of our people through clinical competence and skill-based learning along with strategic agility and leadership development.
This is a full-time, exempt, remote role tied to the Chesterbrook office reporting to the Director, Learning and Development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize

experiences
and
programs from
onboarding
through
career development
within
role
Able to take ownership, lead without authority and eager to contribute to the success of the entire team
Able to lead learning functions with sound decision-making skills and expertise

Exhibit up-to-date knowledge of clinical, marketplace and the business of oncology

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
7-10 years'
experience
in biotech/
pharmaceutical, durable medical equipment
or
medical
device
sales -
Experience
can be across a
combination
of sales, sales
leadership, sales training, clinical education, marketing, training
2+ years of Learning and Development experience
2+ years
in oncology
experience preferred
Bachelor's
degree or equivalent experience
required.
Master's degree
in
relevant
area preferred
Exceptional
oral/written
communication,
interpersonal
and faciliation
skills
Collaborate and work cross-functionally
to
prioritize
contributions
to
the overall success
of
the
team
Expert knowledge
of training
goals for sales, medical, leadership, functional skills
