A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Lead Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Electromechanical Assembly and Capital Equipment Assembly

Establish Best in Class Equipment Standards for equipment utilized in COEs

Establish and maintain relationships with Operating Units (OUs) and R&D organizations utilizing COE technologies and processes

Establish and maintain relationships with Manufacturing Sites utilizing COE technologies and processes

Host regular COE meetings to drive connection across the COE

Identify new manufacturing technology needs based on inputs from OUs, R&D, Manufacturing Sites, and vendor relationships.

Maintain a roadmap of projects to test feasibility on new manufacturing technologies and implement them within manufacturing sites or as part of New Product Introductions.

Work with Manufacturing Technology Development partner to test new manufacturing technologies in a fail-fast laboratory environment, prior to introduction into a manufacturing site.

Provide inputs in the Network Design organization regarding Electromechanical Assembly and Capital Equipment Assembly technologies, manufacturing sites, and future needs.

Travel: 25%-50%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

Experience in electronic welding

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
