Position Summary: Responsible for providing world class professional consulting and implementation services to STG's partners and clients. The Senior Project Manager, Professional Services role engages before and after a sales opportunity to help STG Implement time and materials and fixed bid engagements whereby STG becomes the outsourced implementation team for ADP, Ceridian, UKG and others that we have agreements in place with to perform implementation activities.

This role is not a replacement for other functions in the end to end process of consulting lifecycle, but rather designed to be accountable for the end to end process working as expected and to represent a cohesive experience to the partner and their end client(s) that leaves a strong impression of STG as a world class operation in every way. In addition, the role will be responsible for the development of and/or participation in implementation of tools, processes and relevant techniques that support the nature of an efficient and world class implementation team and it's growth and success.

The Senior Project Manager, Professional Services will work with our existing STG Sourced network of global consultants and our existing and future based on STG partners who provide talent to us as needed around the globe.

The Senior Project Manager, Professional Services will implement and support the UKG Workforce Dimensions/ADP Workforce Manager and Payroll solutions from various vendors to achieve all STG Professional Services KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to UKG, ADP and Ceridian Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

You have the leadership and analytical skills to ensure projects reach the finish line - on time, within scope and within budget.

In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. The Senior Project Manager, Professional Services is responsible for training new Project Managers as well as bringing technical expertise to release readiness, BPI and transformation activities.

Skills and Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration At least ten years of project management experience PMP or equivalent professional project management certification HCM Implementation experience Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies Knowledge of functional area and related company products Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills Expertise with Smartsheets, CRM, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio Commitment to being accountable for results Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally High focus on client service Ability to think independently and make decisions Excellent interpersonal skills Collaborative approach to work Capacity to effectively lead a team of peers to adhere to the overall project timeline • Results - self-starter with energy and motivation to speak up, participate, share ideas and be part of the overall leadership and direction of firm activity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop go to market methodology and PMO templates for STG that work for UKG/ADP/Ceridian, own PMO, and be mentor to PMs we hire Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates Direct project timeliness and budgets Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks, issues and actions Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner Work on projects of high complexity Foster consultant engagement by bringing personal attention to let them know they are part of a team and they are not alone out there. Get an understanding of what they want in their careers or next assignment. Document relevant notes from all business matters and conversations within the company's CRM platform. Work with the business practice leads to organize company information, tools and processes in a manner that faclitiates efficiency, best practice and growth for the overall business. Stay abreast of industry best practices and external market trends. Participate in pre-sales, sales, RFP's, etc as necessary to facilitate new business.
