Construction Project Managers at Adrenaline are responsible for managing a broad range of design and construction projects in the financial, health care, and retail markets. Their work revolves around helping clients enhance and transform their brands across the physical environments in their network.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Craft custom solutions based on client's individual business situations and objectives will be critical to success in this position. Collaborate and work with team members and other subject matter experts to prepare, gather, and assemble accurate scope and project cost information for Statements of Work and associated budgets.
  • Operate at a strategic and tactical level within assigned accounts to ensure that the relationships are positive, expectations are set and managed appropriately to develop sustained business opportunities.
  • Schedule projects in "Critical Path" progression and budget time required to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams within Adrenaline to ensure the successful execution of projects from programming and design through implementation.
  • Manage internal and external resources to build successful project teams
  • Report project status to Client, Project Executive, and Director of Construction
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Confidently articulate the benefits of the broad range of products and services offered by Adrenaline to our customers in order to develop additional opportunities
  • Work with design team to organize and collaborate with external partners to ensure concept solutions work as intended and fit within client budget and schedule parameters
  • Act as liaison between external architects/engineers, client vendors, and internal design resources to coordinate and develop an industry standard set of Construction Documents
  • Inspect and review project to monitor project, quality and compliance with all specified requirements, code compliance and safety standards.
  • Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of professional experience in construction management required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adept at evaluating potential project risks and enacting mitigation efforts
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of the banking and retail industry a plus
  • Degree in a Construction Management or an Architectural/Engineering field preferred
