Job Description:
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with any guest requests or concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
