Hiring for our client company Must have requirements: 2-3 Xactly implementations, Xactly Analytics, experience working with large global teams and stakeholders for implementation, documenting requirements to troubleshooting.

This role will allow the analyst to utilize previous Xactly experience maintaining our current process but also developing new automations and streamlining existing processes • Cross functional training is a core component of this role and growth opportunities exist to own projects in data engineering, financial analysis, budgeting and all things sales compensation • Support Sales Compensation team in managing Xactly instance • Review Plan Designs to implement within Xactly • Provide guidance on automation and system improvement projects with Xactly Connect • Work with project manager on quarterly SOX requirements • Analyze and build reports in Xactly, supporting data team requests • Technical proficiency with Xactly Connect, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities Please send me your updated resume asap. • This position is needed to support the administration and build of Xactly compensation system • The sales compensation systems team owns the lifecycle of implementation logic from business requirements to year-over-year redesigns, managing the plan design implementation in Xactly, responding to exceptional situations, and continuing to upgrade our Xactly Incent and Connect configurations for efficient operations
