POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER - DORCHESTER

You will be responsible for Small Business Development, branchgrowth, operational soundness, team development and community involvement. You will also be responsible for digital adoption and ensuring that the teamembraces the use of technology to meet the ever-changing needs of our customerstoday and into the future. You will create a team that is collaborativeand that understands the importance of working with internal business partnersto provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Result Areas:

  • Strong leader thatunderstands the customer is at the center of everything we do. Lead the team toconsistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong business development skills with the abilityto create a small business plan to ensure understanding of market area andopportunities available, focusing on generating deposits and acquiring newSmall Business customers.
  • Maximize the use of evolving technology in supportof decision making and adding value to CSB and in support of solving customer needs.
  • Foster a respectful work environment and furthera culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening, compassionand understanding.
  • Actively engage with the community and encouragevolunteerism focusing on the needs of the community.
  • Create a strong environment in the branch, ensuringadherence to policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations.
  • Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Actand Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking andbank-wide policies and procedures.
  • Staying updated with Banking regulations.
  • Identify areas where team members can grow andlearn. Motivate, support and coach team to ensure they provide outstandingcustomer experience.
  • Ensure that your team can confidently recommend allour digital solutions.
Growth:
  • Meet or exceed Retail Incentive Plan Growth targets.
  • Create a market plan to ensure understanding of market area and opportunities available.
  • Use embrace and leverage insights from data to understand trends, opportunities, and risks. Maximize the use of evolving technology in support of decision making and adding value to CSB and in support of solving customer needs.
  • Drive small business growth and retention through a consultative approach.
  • Build strong partnerships with all internal and external business partners.
  • Ensure team adheres to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years BranchManagement experience; Branch Retail Management preferred.
  • 7 years provenexperience in sales, service, and operations.
  • Strong businessdevelopment, sales, and service skills.
  • Ability to workweekends, and open to travel across Massachusetts and work at other branches,as needed.
