Commercial Loan Department

in office and on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing personal tax returns, financial statements, and assessing risk to determine credit quality.
In-Office Position
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze comprehensive credit data and financial information of potential borrowers to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
Completes thorough analysis of business and personal tax returns, financial statements, and risk to determine credit quality by using computer software specifically, Sageworks and like systems.
Monitor and review existing credit facilities to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Assist loan officers in the analysis of financial information from commercial, consumer and agricultural customers.
Prepare loan presentations, comment sheets and complete annual reviews containing commercial, consumer and agricultural financial information.
Periodically accompany loan officers on prospect calls and customer calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in finance, accounting, or business; or a minimum of two years credit analyst experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience as described in the Key Responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in reviewing personal tax returns and financial statements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
