Parallel Employment is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Machinist to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine maintenance, with a particular focus on shapers, lathes, hoist, hobs, grinders, and machine centers.

1st shift: 7:00 AM -3:00 PM, M-F

Job Type: Direct Hire

Job Location: Racine, WI

Pay: $24.98/ hr

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge in hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machinery
  • Must have own hand tools and a basic set of machinist tools
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear required safety equipment and adhere to safety standards
  • Dependable transportation is a must
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
