Are you willing to travel up to 30% of the time? Overview Our distinguished accounting firm is looking for an Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) Audit Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This pivotal role calls for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of EBP audits. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations. Maintain and enhance client relationships through high-quality service and communication. Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management. Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of audit experience, with experience in employee benefit plans preferred. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus. Eligible to work in the United States. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
