Job Overview

Our esteemed client, a leading public accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Korean Bilingual EBP Audit Senior Associate to join their team in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans, including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through high-quality service and communication.
  • Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of audit experience, with experience in employee benefit plans preferred.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
