Join MP Biomedicals today to advance your career and help make the world a better place.Job SummaryThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordination with MP Biomedicals global facilities for inter-company order processing and shipment planning. This role works with the international shipping team and the customer service group to fulfill orders from other MP Biomedicals sites.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inter-company orders including stocking orders, drop shipment orders and orders with special requirements such as hazardous, temperature controlled, and USDA.Order entry, order management, order review, and order coordination.Monitoring inventory availability and allocation of stock to customer orders.Inter-company customer inquiry ownership regarding product/lot questions and delivery status.Internal collaboration for inter-company order fulfillment with:Inter-company purchasing staffInter-company logistics staffSupply chain, warehouse, and shipping teamOperations teamQuality ControlProduct Management teamInternal & external report generation and related analysis.Proactively monitors, evaluates, and presents solutions to potential challenges.Responsible for achieving departmental KPIs.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsInternational order coordination requiredShipment planning experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing and distribution companyPassionate about customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office expertise, especially Excel & OutlookHighly organized & detail orientedAbility to analyze data and problem solving skillsAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to make calculated business decisions quicklyAble to work independentlyAbility to create, manage, and present action plansIn Addition to Very Competitive Wages, MP Biomedicals offers a comprehensive list of benefits including:Bonus PayChildcare CreditEmployee Referral ProgramPaid Vacation and Paid Time Off10 Paid Holidays Per Year401k with company matching contributionsVery competitive Healthcare Benefits offeringHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunities develop personally and professionallyAnd so much more.Recruiters: Please note that MP Biomedicals does not seek or accept unsolicited resumes or offers of recruiting service associated with any published or unpublished employment opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
