Internet Sales Representative

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Joseph Volkswagen, you will play a key role in engaging with internet-generated leads and re-establishing relationships with past customers in our database. You'll be responsible for guiding potential customers through their vehicle-buying journey, handling inquiries, and assisting them in finding the perfect new or used Volkswagen to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Internet Leads: Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, helping potential customers explore new and used vehicle options, and moving them through the sales process.
- Database Outreach: Reconnect with past customers to offer promotions, vehicle upgrades, service packages, and other opportunities for continued engagement.
- Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and close sales by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and providing detailed vehicle information.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and progress within our CRM system, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work with other team members to ensure leads are properly nurtured and every customer receives the best experience possible.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through lead conversion and follow-up with past clients.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and via email, and skilled at building relationships quickly.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales quotas.
- Experience working with internet leads and customer databases is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn about and sell the features and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles.
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering a high level of customer service.
