CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in the construction or related industry. Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control techniques. Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
