Be the friendly and professional initial point of contact for visitors. Uphold our commitment to creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for all. Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and excellent customer service at all times. Respond quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our residents and guests.
Qualifications:
A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members. A commitment to upholding our values of caring and service. High School Diploma or GED required Two (2) years clerical experience required Healthcare experience preferred CPR certification preferred
