Job Title: Patient Hub RN SupervisorJob Summary: Under the supervision of the LA Director of Case Management and the Patient Hub Manager the Patient Hub RN Supervisor is responsible to assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Patient Hub, a centralized department where payor partners and hospital EDs can easily and timely transfer patients from other hospital EDs to a Pipeline hospital. This role will assist in leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of patients through the Hub. Actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaves in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health, upholding standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field, preferred.License/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of CaliforniaExperience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare management or a related field. Proven leadership skills and experience in leading and motivating teams. Strong understanding of patient flow and operational management principles. Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, ability to follow verbal instructions, and PC (computer) skills.
