Unlock your potential at HCA Houston Healthcare ConroeJob Summary and QualificationsUnder the direction of the VPQ, the Infection Control Coordinator is responsible for identifying health and safety risk factors associated with a hospital environment which may impact illnesses or injuries associated with patients and/or healthcare workers. The Coordinator Infection Control plays a role in eliminating health and safety risk factors in a systematic and cost effective manner.What qualifications you will need:Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse and/or Masters in Public Health.Preferred Board Certification in Infection Control and/or Occupational Health.Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; experience related to occupational health and/or infection control practice preferred.At HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe, superior healthcare meets the comfort and convenience of a comprehensive hospital, close to home, in Conroe, Texas.
