Demand PlannerJob Location: Miami, FLRole Overview:The company is looking for a Demand Planner to join our team who has experience with demand forecasting and inventory management, as well as strong reporting and analytic skills.Core Responsibilities:Continuously improve the internal forecast through evaluating promotional activities, consumption trends, category trends, advertising investments, and internal and external inventory positionsSupport developing and managing annual forecast (budget) and determine where gaps existAssist team in partnering internally and externally to drive continuous improvements on replenishment KPIs (in-stocks, fill rate, OTIF metrics, and promotional sell-thru)Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activitiesProvide monthly updates on forecast KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Bias) to internal stakeholdersProvide actionable shipment updates to senior leadership weeklyCollaborate with external partners to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvementsCollaborate with Supply Planning to ensure successful inventory management throughout the item lifecycleCommunicate and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to discuss planned product promotions in order to produce more accurate forecastsCollaborate with the Fulfillment team to update current months projected forecastUtilize and contribute to the continuous refinement of standard operating procedures for demand planning techniques, processes, and systemsQualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree or higher required2-3+ years of experience in CPG retail planningExcellent interpersonal skills that enable effective interactions with all levels of the organizationTechnical Skills: Experience working with MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerBIAbility to analyze large sets of data, draw conclusions, and articulate clear next stepsAbility to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detailAbility to recognize opportunities and then recommend and implement improvementsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of urgency to solve multiple and critical issuesDemonstrate good judgment in escalating potential risks proactively#J-18808-Ljbffr
