A visual production company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical execution of multimedia projects, including live events, video production, and digital content delivery. This role bridges creative vision with technical implementation, ensuring seamless production workflows and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all technical aspects of video production, live streaming, and post-production workflows. - Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to translate project goals into technical solutions. - Manage equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (cameras, lighting, audio, switchers, encoders). - Lead technical crews during live events and studio shoots, ensuring smooth execution. - Develop and maintain production standards, including file formats, resolution, and delivery specs. - Stay current with emerging technologies in media production and recommend upgrades or innovations. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data security standards.
